Attention. We request all members of a company personel (sponsors & exhibitors) to register. In the registration panel choose Guest as Participation category and as Affiliation type in a company name followed by your position, e.g. XXX - Exhibitor. If a company runs a workshop or other conference activities, at least one person should register as a conference participant and pay the conference fee (Affiliation: XXX - Presenter).

Sponsorship, Exhibition and Workshop Opportunities

Attractive options are provided for companies wishing to target a specific day, materials, or social events during the conference. This allows to choose your desired level of involvement and exposure to participants. Today people come to a conference to establish contacts and to network with other participants from around the world - so social events such as the welcome drinks, conference dinner, lunches and breaks are very well attended.
All sponsors, exhibitors, and workshop organizers are entitled to provide a short description (500 words plus logo and pictures) of the company’s mission, profile, products and services to be published in the conference catalogue.

Welcome Drinks

After the Opening Session in the evening on July 1, 2013, a Welcome Drinks Sponsor will have the opportunity to show its products and services. The company will be entitled to provide appropriate signage in the area and will have the opportunity to distribute company’s items (brochures and gifts) at a display table. The welcome drinks sponsor’s name and logo will appear in the conference program and catalogue, on the conference website and on a display board in the conference registration area on July 1, 2013.

Conference Lunch

A lunch provides the opportunity to emphasize company’s services or products. As a sponsor of a conference lunch, the company will be entitled to provide appropriate signage in the lunch area on the day of sponsored lunch. The lunch sponsor will have the opportunity to give a short presentation and to distribute company’s literature and gifts at a display table. The lunch sponsor’s name and logo will appear in the conference program and catalogue, on the conference website and on a display board at the lunch area.

Conference Refreshment Breaks

There are two refreshment breaks on each day of the conference. In addition to tea and coffee, soft drinks are served together with snacks such as cookies and fruits. Sponsorship includes tea and coffee breaks for a single day of the conference. As a sponsor of refreshment breaks, the company will be entitled to provide appropriate signage in the refreshment area on the day of sponsored refreshment breaks. The sponsor will have the opportunity to distribute company’s literature and gifts at a display table. The refreshment breaks sponsor’s name and logo will appear in the conference program and catalogue, on the conference website and on a display board at the refreshment area.

Conference Dinner

A conference dinner will take place during the conference. This is usually very well attended as the opportunity to network and establish contacts. As the sponsor of the dinner, a company’s representative will have the opportunity to address the attendees during the event and the company's name and logo will be featured where appropriate at the dinner venue. The dinner sponsor will have the opportunity to distribute company’s literature and gifts at a display table. The dinner sponsor’s name and logo will appear in the conference program and catalogue, on the conference website and on a display board at the dinner area.

Workshops

A company presentation (e.g. a workshop with computers and other equipment) in a separate room/space provided by the organizers.Company's brochure and a gift can be included in the attendee pack. A company can have its roll-up or a poster in front of the workshop room/space.

Exhibition Opportunities

A company can choose to exhibit at the conference. By exhibiting, a company will have access to a group of people working and researching in the area of computers in education. The conference offers the opportunity of showing products and services to potential new users and markets. Exhibition space is located in the area, where conference participants take refreshments and lunches and it is also a throughway for participants as they move from session to session.

Exhibitors are provided with the standard equipment, see the pictures of some arrangements, and the access to electric power and to the Internet. Other facilities are available on request, see the price list.

Insertion of materials into the delegate bags

Brochures, flyers, books and small gadgets can be inserted into delegate bags for a small fee. A company may also sponsor conference bags or other gadgets (like pens, cups, T-shirts etc.) with its logo.

Additional Sponsorship Opportunities

A time slot can be created within a Conference stream to allow a sponsor to make a presentation. This will be carefully co-coordinated to allow for a smooth transition between academic presenters and sponsors. Typical time slots are 30 minutes.

Platinum Conference Sponsor

The platinum conference sponsorship package combines marketing and branding association before the event and maximum exposure during the conference. The platinum sponsor is offered 3 complimentary attendee passes with the option to purchase more at a 25% discount off the full conference registration fee.
Web Site The company will be featured on the conference web site from the time a sponsorship agreement is made and is entitled to promote itself as the Platinum sponsor to the conference.
Signage The platinum sponsor is entitled to provide appropriate signage in the main conference rooms and the conference registration area. The platinum sponsor’s signage will be more prominent than those of any co-sponsors.
Promotional Material The platinum conference sponsor’s name and logo will appear more prominently than those of any co-sponsors and will be featured in the proceedings, on the conferences web site, on a display board in the conference registration area and in any other pre-conference promotional material.
Literature and promotional material The platinum conference sponsor has the opportunity to include company’s brochure and a gift in the attendee pack.
Exhibition opportunity The Platinum conference sponsor can have a stand in the exhibition area where the company’s products can be exhibited or demonstrated.
Acknowledgements The platinum sponsor will be thanked during the opening and closing conference sessions and in the conference materials and proceedings.

Gold Conference Sponsor

The gold conference sponsorship package combines marketing and branding association before the event and extensive exposure during the conference. The gold sponsor is offered 2 complimentary attendee passes with the option to purchase 2 more at a 20% discount off the full conference registration fee.
Web Site The company will be featured on the conference web site from the time a sponsorship agreement is made and is entitled to promote itself as the Gold sponsor to the conference.
Signage The gold sponsor is entitled to provide appropriate signage in the main conference rooms and the conference registration area.
Promotional Material The gold conference sponsor’s name and logo will be featured in the proceedings, on the conferences web site, on a display board in the conference registration area and in any other pre-conference promotional material.
Literature and promotional material The gold conference sponsor has the opportunity to include company’s brochure and a gift in the attendee pack.
Exhibition opportunity The gold conference sponsor can have a stand (at a 50% discount off the full costs) in the exhibition area where the company’s products can be exhibited or demonstrated.
Acknowledgements The gold sponsor will be thanked in the proceedings.

Silver Conference Sponsor

The silver conference sponsorship package combines marketing and branding association before the event and exposure during the conference. The silver sponsor is offered 1 complimentary attendee pass with the option to purchase two more at a 10% discount off the full conference registration fee.
Web Site The company will be featured on the conference web site from the time a sponsorship agreement is made and is entitled to promote itself as the Silver sponsor to the conference.
Signage The silver sponsor is entitled to provide appropriate signage in the main conference rooms and the conference registration area.
